This basement was transformed into a retreat for both family connection and entertaining, blending modern luxury with playful functionality. A golf simulator and gym create an energetic hub, while a sauna bath and custom bar offer moments of relaxation and gathering. Thoughtful finishes, natural textures, and layered lighting turn what was once just extra square footage into a destination within the home.
